New York City Housing Authority General Manager Michael Kelly will be officially introduced tomorrow as Interim Executive Director of Philadelphia’s Public Housing Authority.
PHA Chairman and former Mayor John Street will introduct Kelly tomorrow. Kelly took a leave of absence from his role in New York City to fill in for PHA’s former Executive Director Carl Greene. Kelly will assume his role Monday, Dec. 6.
