Fourth suspect to stand trial on Tacony dungeon charges

Reversing an earlier decision, Common Pleas Court Judge Paula Patrick decided today to reinstate assault, kidnapping and other charges against Eddie Wright for his involvement in the Tacony dungeon case.

Wright, Linda Ann Weston, Gregory Thomas and Jean McIntosh were arrested in October for allegedly imprisoning adults and children whose Social Security benefits they were stealing.
The Inquirer reports new evidence against Wright shows partial ownership of the van used to transport the victims and his signature on some of the Social Security papers.

Charges were first dismissed against Wright when a judge ruled evidence showed he was a victim of alleged ring leader Weston.
