Former Tasty Baking CEO now on AlliedBarton board

Until recently, Charles Pizzi was the president and CEO of Tasty Baking Co.

Now, he’s on the board of directors of Allied Security Holdings LLC, as the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.

 

Aside from his new role with AlliedBarton, Pizzi’s board positions have included the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Brandywine Realty Trust, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Independence Blue Cross.

Pizzi took on a reduced role with Tasty Baking when Flowers Foods took over in the Spring. Wonder if he brings Tastykakes to board meetings…
