Former Marine explains why he barricaded himself in his foreclosed-upon home

Why did Ronald Dziewit barricade himself in his West Norriton home?

The former Marine took extreme measures recently when, after failed negotiations with banks and lawyers, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office took steps to foreclose on his home. In an interesting interview with Norristown Patch, Dziewit explains what drove him to take a stand.

“I didn’t want things to escalate the way they did, but I was hoping that I’d be able to get my voice out there so people could be aware of what’s happening to Americans and veterans,” he explains.

Patch plans to continue following Dziewit’s story.
