For Sale: Middletown’s ‘Extreme Makeover’ house

Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, fireplace, garage and TV fame. Now listed on Century 21’s website is the Middletown home rebuilt four years ago on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. It’s listed at $450,000.

The home was demolished and rebuilt in 2007 for the show to help the Kilgallon family, whose Levittown home was infested with termites — as seen in the Courier Times’ before and after photos. The family purchased the property for $220,000 and paid more than $5,000 in property taxes last year, and only about $10 more to the Neshaminy School District than the average household.

No word on why the house is for sale or where the family is going.
