Foley funeral set for this afternoon, with livestream from archdiocese
The “Solemn Funeral Mass for Cardinal John Patrick Foley” begins at 2 p.m., and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia will livestream the service.
Foley died Sunday in Delaware County at age 76. Services began yesterday at the Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary, and continue today at the Cathedral Basilica of Ss. Peter and Paul.
The livestream began at 9:45 and will continue through the services, which 1,500 people are expected to attend. CatholicTV is also broadcasting the 2 p.m. service.
