Flash flood watch in effect through Friday
If you’ve bothered to look (or dare go) outside in the last few hours, you might have noticed it’s just a teensy bit wet.
The National Weather Service’ flash flood watch is in effect through tonight. Southeastern Pennsylvania, parts of Delaware and its beaches and parts of New Jersey and Maryland can expect heavy rains that could lead to flash flooding.
