Five teens admit guilt in Upper Darby bullying attack

Five teens have ‘fessed up to their roles in last month’s bullying attack against 13-year-old Nadin Khoury. A sixth denies wrongdoing and the seventh won’t face charges for taping the incident.

The Associated Press reports Khoury agreed to drop felony aggravated assault and kidnapping charges in exchange for the admissions to misdemeanors. The five teens who’ve admitted guilt will be held until a Feb. 22 juvenile detention hearing.

The sixth teen has a Feb. 17 trial date.
