Film, Discussion About Mass Incarceration June 16

On Sunday, June 16, 1 -3:30 p.m., there will be a screening of “Broken on All Sides,” a film by Matt Pillischer, followed ed by a panel discussion about mass incarceration, at Germantown City Hall, 5928 Germantown Avenue. The panel discussion will feature Pillischer, local hip-hop artist Homeboy Sandman, Jondhi Harrell from The Center For Returning Citizens and others.
