    Nutter: Weatherization and sustainability efforts, energy efficiency and job training programs all of that comes as a result of economic recovery dollars.  Repaving a runway out at the airport, baggage handling equipment, a bunch of things.

    The mayor says the city is happy with the money that has come so far, and as the program continues, he is hoping for even more money from Washington to help the city.
