Federal budget briefings from Congressman Carney
Congressman Carney hosts public meetings on federal budget challenges.
The first meeting today will be held at the CHEER Center in Georgetown from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Carney will be joined by Jeffrey Thiebert, National Grassroots Director for the Concord Coalition, a group advocating for responsible fiscal policy. Additional meetings will be held later today in Dover, at Delaware State University’s Bank of America Building from 1 to 3 p.m., and in Newark at DelTech’s Stanton campus from 6 to 8 p.m.
