Father of murdered N.J. toddler arrested in San Diego
Authorities yesterday arrested Arthur Morgan III, the father of murdered New Jersey toddler Tierra Morgan.
Morgan, 27, was found in San Diego after the FBI issues a crime alert that warned the man has ties to California and Texas. He is charged with killing the 2-year-old, who was found in a Monmouth County park last week after her father failed to return her from a court-approved visit.
The Star-Ledger reports the toddler’s mother says she requested supervised visits between for father and daughter, but her requests were denied.
