Falling New Jersey gas prices still higher than last year

    Known for having the cheapest gas prices in our area, New Jersey gas prices are dropping. Jersey’s gas prices have dropped 20.6 cents per gallon since last month, though filling up still costs $1.09 per gallon more than it did a year ago.

    The Gloucester County Times pulled numbers from NewJerseyGasPrices.com, which show the national average decreased 23.3 cents per gallon in the last month, yielding a price of $1.01 higher than one year ago to date.
