Events tie up, reroute Philadelphia traffic

    West, North, South and Center City Philadelphia are all looking at traffic jams and reroutes Sunday:

    Expect some congestion:

    On and around Kelly Drive near Boat House Row for the Dr. White Regatta/InterAC League Girls Championship starting in the late morning.
