Ethical choice

News out of the mayor’s press office: Mayor Nutter has appointed two lawyers – William H. Brown III and Sanjuanita Gonzalez – to the city Ethics Board.  They’ll replace current members Nolan A. Atkinson, Jr. and Kenya Mann Faulkner, but not until their terms expire in 2014 and 2013 respectively.  The mayor also renominated Sister Mary Scullion to an additional five year term.

Since it was assembled four years ago, how has the Ethics Board changed the way the city operates?  Is it business as usual, or has meaningful reform occurred?  Feed the Feed.
