Head to the Laurel Hill Cemetery to explore the “Age of Discovery” this Sunday at 1 p.m.

Laurel Hill Cemetery guide Jeff Wiernik will be leading the lecture and walkin tour that will explore historical advances in multiple scientic fields in the 19th century. Attendees will learn about great scientists such as John Adolphus Dahlgreen, Robley Dunglison, and Charles Ellet Jr. They will also be able to view their grave sites on the grounds. Cookies and refreshments will be served after the tour. 

Tickets costs $12 per person, $10 for senior citizens and $9 for students. Admission for teachers is free with valid ID.
