Early morning water main break in Frankford

    Flooding was the result of an early morning water main break along East Pike Street in the Frankford area of Philadelphia.

    Fire officials alerted neighbors to the situation that has left sidewalks damaged and lines of mud along the streets, reports CBS3. Though about 65 properties were affected, none were evacuated.
