Eagles tight end told to pay up for damages dog caused to condo

Brent Celek “is a world class athlete.” That would probably be nicer for Celek to hear if it wasn’t coming from a lawsuit. The Eagles tight end and his wife are being sued by their South Philadelphia condo board for owning a dog.

With the exception of dogs to assist the disabled, pets are prohibited at the Villas at Packer Park.

Since Celek and his wife, a kickboxer, don’t fall under the exception, the dog’s gotta go.

Not only does the suit tell the Celeks to remove “Bruiser” from the condo, the board also wants the couple to pay $10,000 in unspecified damages it says the dog caused in common areas.
