Dover dedicateds 9/11 memorial
The Delaware Heritage Commission will dedicate a granite bench outside Legislative Hall in Dover in memory of the Delawareans killed on September 11, 2001.
The bench is engraved with the words “September 11, 2001 – Lest We Forget.” The dedication ceremony will be held this morning at 11:30 in front of the west entrance to Legislative Hall.
