Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams will hold a press conference later this morning, along with the office’s Homicide and Special Investigations units.
The nature of the 10:30 a.m. press conference has not been revealed, though it’s been billed as being of “serious and detailed nature.” Charges against Antonio Rodriguez, the confessed Kensington Strangler, were expected as early as today.
