District Attorney re-files charges against fourth dungeon defendant

Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams has re-filed charges against Eddie Wright, the fourth defendant in the Tacony kidnapping case.

Wright was cleared of charges during Tuesday’s preliminary hearing. Co-defendants Linda Weston, Jean McIntosh and Gregory Thomas will go to trial on charges that they held adults and children captive and collected their Social Security payments.

“Wright is facing aggravated assault, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, simple assault, reckless endangerment of another person, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and stalking charges,” reads the statement from the D.A.’s office.
