Details behind the autism-support lawsuit against School District of Philadelphia

    Late last month, four parents filed a suit against the School District of Philadelphia alleging the district’s policy and practice of autism support is discriminatory against the students it aims to help.

    Parents of autistic students want stability for their children, who face transfers to have access to the various autism-support services throughout the district.
