Delaware to undergo federal review of criminal justice system

For the rest of the year, Delaware will undergo a full review of its criminal justice system through the federal Justice Reinvestment Initiative.

Selected by the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance, the state was selected for the review to help determine how it can do a better job from anywhere between the arrest and incarceration period and how Delaware can best spend on public safety.
