    Markell: Yeah look I’ve attended many playoff games here in Delaware myself, and I think that anger really ought to be directed at the NCAA for coming up with new retaliatory and inconsistent policies that they’ve never applied before in Las Vegas.

    The governor says the Las Vegas Bowl is a perfect example of the NCAA allowing a college playoff game in a state that also allows sports betting.
