Neighbors reported hearing the sound of gunshots or fireworks around 7:30 Thursday night at the Christiana Meadow Apartments in Bear.  A police SWAT team surrounded an apartment where officers saw “muzzle flash” coming out of a window.

After breaking down the front door with explosives, the SWAT team sent in a robot to locate the shooter.  Stanley surrendered to SWAT officers without incident.  Officers found several other guns while sweeping the apartment.
