Delaware pediatrician waives right to jury trial for sexual abuse charges

A trial is set for June 1 for Dr. Earl Bradley, but there won’t be a jury. The Delaware pediatrician waived that right today in a court hearing.

Bradley was arrested in 2009 and charged with sexually abusing more than 100 children, as WHYY’s Mark Fowser reports. This morning’s hearing was only six minutes long.
