Delaware man charged in construction site burglaries

Delaware State police have arrested a man they say committed burglaries at several construction sites in Wilmington and Newark.

Fifty-nine-year-old Donald P. Grier of Claymont was arrested Thursday and charged with numerous offenses, including burglary and theft.

Troopers say Grier stole copper wire, construction equipment and tools in burglaries from May through July. He was arrested after a traffic stop.
