Delaware hunters invited to photo contest, too

And you thought the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s photo contest was just limited to fishing shots.

The department’s Division of Fish and Wildlife also wants residents’ photos of young hunters making use of the state’s gaming lands. You can submit up to three photos by Dec. 16 for consideration for the 2012-2013 Delaware Hunting and Trapping Guide.

It’s part of the celebration of 100 years of fish and wildlife conservation in Delaware. Part of the photo-judging criteria will be how well the shot fits the “Celebrating 100 Years of Fish and Wildlife Conservation: Reflecting on the Past, Moving into the Future” theme.
