Delaware experiences growth in incorporations

Delaware’s 2011 corporations report finds growth in new entities.

 

At the end of 2011 there were more than 945-thousand corporate entities in the First State, a 4-percent increase from 2010.  Overall new entity formation also grew in 2011 by 13-percent to 133,297.
