Customs officials thwart Philadelphia man’s attempt to bring hashish treats from Amsterdam

A Philadelphia man’s trip to Amsterdam ended on a sour note Monday when he tried to bring hashish lollipops and cupcakes into Philadelphia International Airport.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection says 40-year-old Glenn Factor will be prosecuted in Delaware County for narcotics possession for the three hashish cakes and 10 hashish lollipops and other personal amounts of marijuana found in his luggage.

Factor’s stash was found when he arrived at PHL Monday afternoon and was referred by CBP officers for secondary inspection.
