Police have closed a portion of Route 539 in Manchester following a crash Tuesday afternoon.
Shortly before 3 p.m., Route 539 is closed between Cherry Street and Hegstrom Avenue, an alert from the Manchester Police Department advised.
First responders are on the scene of the crash, involving a vehicle into a utility pole, according to emergency radio communications.
An ambulance was requested for at least one person.
Police did not say how long the roadway will be closed or disclose information about the extent of injuries.
