Council takes a final pass at the zoning code, Fishtown residents fear an Internet casino is coming

    Good morning, Feeders!

Today’s the day for zoning reform. It’s the new code’s last day in City Council . . . until the amendments begin, of course. Tom MacDonald will be in Council chambers to get the full story. He’ll also have details on the transportation announcement Mayor Michael Nutter is making today with U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood.

Maiken Scott will be at Temple this afternoon for the hopsital’s announcement of a deal with Fox Chase Cancer Center. On NewsWorks Tonight, she and Peter Crimmins have a feature story about Tourette’s-based choreography.

Emma Jacobs will have details from Campus Philly’s annual meeting to see how our local college network stands up against others, as well as an interesting view of a Southwest Philly church.
