Corbett names five others to join him at Delaware River Port Authority

    It was revealed yesterday Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett will assume the role of chairman of the Delaware River Port Authority. He’s also named five others to positions, as the Associated Press reports.
    Joann Bell of Pugliese Associates, former head of an advisory commission on African American affairs; Joanna Cruz, an attorney and former public defender; Walter D’Alessio of NorthMarq Capital, a real estate investment banking firm; William Sasso of the Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young law firm; and David Simon of Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia will serve the DRPA with the governor. The DRPA has eight board members each from Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
