Controller, judge will announce plans to collect city court debts

    Philadelphia courts are owed more than $1 billion. Tomorrow, City Controller Alan Butkovitz and Municipal President Judge Marsha Neifield will announce a strategy for collecting those funds.

    The two will hold a press conference tomorrow morning, where they’ll announce a joint effort to collect delinquent money.
