Concerned citizens, parents and students gathered today at an open meeting to discuss how the Philadelphia School District’s decision to close nearly three dozen schools will impact their communities.
Philly schools superintendent Dr. William Hite addressed a crowd of about 180 who attended the meeting at South Philadelphia High School.
