Clearing today, cooler tomorrow

At 7:30 a.m., the cold front is about halfway through the Garden State, and the heaviest precipitation is well out to sea.

As a gusty west wind kicks in behind the front, we’ll clear from west to east, with mostly sunny skies expected by the afternoon. Temperatures will remain mild before dropping tonight.

Tues/Wed: Sunny and cooler (upper 40s to 50).

Thur/Fri: Sun and clouds, chance of rain on Friday. Highs in the low 50s.
