City unveils winning condom wrapper design
The winning condom wrapper design has been revealed. After an online vote that began late last year, 500,000 free condoms will be distributed throughout Philadelphia to create STD awareness.

The unveiling comes just in time for the weekend debut of TLC’s Let’s Talk About Sex documentary, examining the lack of real conversations available to American teenagers about sex. The documentary airs Saturday at 10 p.m.
