City releases Education Accountability agreement documents

    Last month, the School District of Philadelphia signed an Education Accountability Agreement in an effort to keep the City of Philadelphia informed about the financial goings-on within the District.

    Today, Mayor Michael Nutter announced those documents have been made available to the public.
