City has issued almost 900 tickets for shoveling violations
As she works to get details on the city’s enforcement of the sidewalk shoveling law, WHYY’s Lizz Fiedler has an update for us: “So far this winter the City of Philadelphia has issued 855 tickets for not shoveling.”
