Christie scolds Palin for ‘blood libel’ comment

NJ Gov. Chris Christie appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America this morning to talk about recent state policies and legislation, including those surrounding education and casinos.

But he also took time to comment on Sarah Palin’s use of the term ‘blood libel’ in reference to the media’s response to her use of crosshairs. “I don’t think anybody really believes that Governor Palin was trying to make someone get hurt or bring violence on,” he said. And Christie says she should have left it at that.

The Republican governor, as the Huffington Post points out, also gave Palin some advice on her future candidacy for president.
