Christie postpones Halloween until Nov. 5

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has signed an executive order postponing Halloween until Monday.

Christie delayed trick-or-treating on Wednesday because he says it’s not safe in the wake of damage from Sandy.

The governor says children would face flooding, fallen trees downed power lines and power outages.
