Christie approves millions in funding for historic sites

New Jersey’s historical sites will see $10 million to help fund construction projects and educational programs.

Gov. Chris Christie signed legislation in Mount Laurel yesterday to provide grants to dozens of sites. The New Jersey Historic Trust will administer the funding to places like Paulsdale, Sunnyside Farm and Cumberland National Bank, as NJ.com reports.

The state boasts historic figures like suffragist Alice Paul, Thomas Edison and Grover Cleveland.
