Little did you know your property has already be assessed as the city begins to readjust property taxes.

Chief Property Assessor Richie McKeithen says the assessment of Philadelphia’s approximately 450,000 residential properties is about 70 percent complete, according to the Daily News.

The job is expected to wrap up in the next couple months so the city can send assessment notices in the fall.
