Chester Upland School Board president fined for fight with teacher

    Chester Upland School Board President Wanda Mann has been assessed a $300 fine for fighting with a high school teacher in March.

    Police began their investigation after Mann and Leslye Jordan engaged in a physical altercation inside the school after Mann accused Jordan of bringing her daughter to school to intimidate another student.

    The Delaware County Times reports Mann was convicted yesterday and ordered to pay the fine.
