Charter company plans to reunite Olney East and West
Though approval from the School Reform Commission is pending, ASPIRA, the charter company now operating Olney East and West schools, plans to reunite the two.
The schools split in 2005, but share the same building, as the Notebook reports, and ASPIRA was awarded two separate contracts as part of the Renaissance Schools deal.
But come next year, everything could be one. The schools have a combined enrollment of 1,500.
