Center City buildings will shine green for St. Patty’s Day

You may have forgotten that today is St. Patty’s Day, considering droves of green-clad people have been making their rounds in the city’s most popular bars the last few weekends.

But alas, today is the real holiday, and Center City buildings are getting in on the festivities.

A dozen historic buildings along the Avenue of the Arts will shine green tonight, in honor of the holiday that means different things to different people.

The Symphony House, Cira Center, PECO building and One and Two Liberty Place will get in on the action, with the Hyatt Regency and Ben Franklin Bridge using their own green lights to draw eyes from across the Delaware.
