Car flips over guardrail on Schuylkill Expressway

An early-morning incident might have been a lot worse if not for some fortunately placed trees.

According to 6abc.com, a man drove off the Schuylkill Expressway, down an embankment and managed to walk away.

Police say the driver, traveling westbound at the Conshohocken Curve, lost control, hit a pile of snow and flipped over the guardrail.

The driver was then able to get out of the car and climb back up to the expressway. He was picked up and taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
