Camden mayor needs to fill three Board of Education vacancies

Camden is looking to fill a Board of Education vacancy. Three of them, actually. Mayor Dana Redd is calling for qualified applicants to fill the spots left open by expiring terms.

Applicants can expect questions about truancy, public-private partnerships, community connection, bullying and more. The four-member steering committee will help Redd screen applicants: County Freeholder Riletta L. Cream, Dr. Mary Arnold-Frazier, Reverend Hiram Garcia and Dr. Tyrone W. McCombs.

Send your applications to the mayor’s office (Suite 400 in City Hall) by April 25 for consideration.
