Camden cop suspended for parking in handicap spot

Camden Police Chief Scott Thomson isn’t messing around.

He’s suspended one of his officers for four days because the cop parked a marked vehicle in a handicap spot, according to the Courier-Post.As you might imagine, union President John Williamson doesn’t plan to let this one slide. The handicap spot violation calls for a $250 fine and a court appearance for the first offense, so the union will be appealing the suspension.
