Butkovitz to detail 311 audit, PGW shows off microturbine

    Good morning, Feeders! Tuesday brings us an audit of Philadelphia’s 311 system and a cancer study from the Commonwealth Medical College.

    Tom MacDonald will be at City Controller Alan Butkovitz’s 311 audit press conference to gather the details before heading to the Fox29 mayoral debate between incumbent Michael Nutter and GOP candidate Karen Brown.
